Our Company as referenced in the document refers to the legal name of our company Velocity Marketer and all website brands under our company including but not limited to the following websites.

This EULA pertains to Free Blog Hosting services.

Member in this document refers to the blog owner, affiliate, or community member holding an account on our website.

Members are allowed to create blogs also known as weblogs, on-line diaries, or blog based websites related to the content of their choosing with the following limitations.

We do not allow illegal content in violation of the laws of the United States of American or the state of Arizona USA or the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. This includes but is not limited to unlicensed foreign exchange known as Forex programs and cash for cash programs also known as ponzi schemes, or bulk mailer/blaster programs also known as SPAM sites, but includes any site or program designed to defraud the public or found otherwise illegal in nature.

We do not allow hate based post or adult materials on our blog hosting services. We further advise that the blog owner/member is legally liable for fraudulent, misleading, slanderous, and defamatory comments and attacks on both persons and businesses. Our Company and it's brands can not be held liable for the content posted by members.

In the event we should become subject to litigation resulting from content posted in violation of these terms by a member our legal services would be authorized to file suit to recover both monetary and punitive damages to our reputation. Best policy is when in doubt of the source leave it out of any article or post until facts can be verified.

Advertising on site:

Our company will maintain not less than one advertising block on all blogs and websites in the system which are used to fund the expansion and marketing of our programs and services. Users may may run any advertising on their blogs they desire that does not conflict and require the removal of our house advertising.

You are also welcome to make use of our affiliate programs at My Viral Blog, My Viral Business, Click Bank, or other 3rd party affiliate programs to monetize your blogs as well.

In no manner while selling advertising can you claim to be Velocity Marketer or any brand under our company. You may not claim to sell network wide advertising on our program sites.
All 3rd party ad systems you choose to display must also meet the TOS for content and may not promote adult websites, illegal programs, or Internet Gambling sites as per US laws.

Blogs bearing advertising or lead capture forms must include both privacy policy and Anti-Spam policy in public view. We do not allow the use of our service to gain leads for resale in any manner.

Promotion of blogs and our programs by use of UFC SPAM is not permitted. Promotion using fraudulent claims is prohibited as well. We are professional business owners and expect the same from our members. Ignorance of the law is no defense so please read the Can Spam Act before sending electronic promotions of any type.

Training is provided on site to help you develop a marketing plan and help keep you within the bounds of the laws pertaining to Internet Marketing. While we strive to bring you quality information that is up to date and effective we can not guarantee the success of any member. The main factors of Internet Marketing success are based on how closely you apply the system we design, how much time and effort you put into promotion, the quality of traffic driven to your blog, and the relationship of the post to the products and advertising listed on that blog.

Example: A niche blog on classic cars would sell fewer new cars than a niche blog on a specific car manufacturer and it's latest models. A blog on the environment would sell very few paper cups and sell a ton of solar panels.

Copyrighted Content:

While the Internet provides a great resource to research information, post, music, and videos, such items are often protected by copyright. You must make sure to secure permission from an author before posting their content on your blog and can often secure such permission by contacting the author and requesting permission and then providing a link back to their site.

We provide a RSS Aggregation plug in that allows members to input RSS feeds from other blogs and have new content on those blogs syndicated on their blog. As with single post it is a must to get the permission of the other blogs author before using their content to add post to your blog. Our best recommendation is that the community and groups system be used to meet other members working the same niche and exchange the rights to use each others content.

Fees and Service:

My Viral Blog is offered free of charge to the public. Periodically free member gifts and downloads may be made available under the following as is terms. Download items are tested and guaranteed not to have had any virus or malware detected at the time of upload. We do not offer warranty against damages or other harm resulting from items supplied or created by 3rd party suppliers nor do we service or offer support for product downloads such as web scripts and themes not generated by My Viral Blog or Velocity Marketer. Training provided through our main blog is the result of personal experience and is not meant to imply that you will achieve similar results or that you are limited only to the results we have achieved. Training is provided and may reccomend certain cash expendatures through in house and 3rd party systems for tools and marketing or other related cost. In no manner are you required to utilize any tool we recommend and we advise you to please read our disclosure policy related to paid offers presented on site.

Abuse of any term or terms of this service agreement will result in a minimum of account suspension pending correction but considering the nature of most of our terms will result in account deletion. Terms of use and this End User License may change without notice based on the laws governing our company and suggestions of our legal council and it is up to each member to review the terms of the agreement regularly to ensure they are up to date with any policy changes.
