My Viral Blog is UFC Can Spam Act compliant and has adopted the strict guidlines of the UFC Can Spam Act to govern the actions of our company, our affiliates, our members, and to protect the readers of blogs hosted for free by My Viral Blog free blog host.

We hate SPAM as much as you do and have adopted the formal policy written below which may be amended without prior notice to further comply with U.S. and Arizona Laws governing UFC SPAM.

We do not engage in the practice of buying, selling, sharing, or otherwise marketing your personal information as collected under the privacy policy for My Viral Blog in any manner. Further we do not participate in the practice of selling solo advertising e-mails but may include small un-obtrusive advertisements in site updates as agreed to in our site terms. These small ads may appear above, below, or in the sidebar of website updates such as newsletters, news flashes, affiliate updates, or other My Viral Blog sponsored opt in e-mails but will never be sent as stand alone mailings.

Affiliate SPAM Policy:

Affiliate members of My Viral Blog and My Viral Business agree to be bound by the UFC SPAM policies of both My Viral Blog and My Viral Business websites and related affiliate offerings.

As a affiliate member you may not advertise any portion of My Viral Blog or My Viral Business using unsolicited e-mails including purchased leads where the party receiving such e-mail has not directly opted to receive business and for profit e-mails from you.

You may not post unsolicited advertisements in forums or community based websites, on blog comment or other electronic data transfers. Use of those services is allowed only on websites, forums, and blogs where the author has agreed in writing to allow the posting of advertisements by members.

Blaster software and services are strictly prohibited and use of blasters will result in account termination and affiliate income being withdrawn. Further we will report SPAMMERS to the authoritiesand in the account of legal damages we will seek legal actions to restore monetary losses and award damaged for lost reputation and future earnings resulting from the illegal actions of persons sending UFC Spam related to any of our services or products.

Blog Author / Member SPAM Policy

In no manner shall any blog hosted on My Viral Blog be promoted using UFC SPAM including but not limited to unsolicited e-mail, electronic data transfer, blog spam, search engine spam, and forum spam. Further you may not place links to your blogs in open media on 3rd party sites such as bulletin boards on social networks where it is not expressly allowed by the terms of the sites.

SPLOGS or Spam Blogs are strictly prohibited as they affect the general search engine rankings of My Viral Blog and pose additional legal risk. Banner and text ads are allowed in the sidebars of blogs hosted on My Viral Blog. In addition you may create static, permanent pages to promote any offer that is both legal and meets the End User License Agreement of My Viral Blog.

You may not create a blog based 100% on program advertisements for profit. The main body of any blog must contain post of value to the reader that provide information or opinion based content. If more then 20% of any blog is related to direct advertisements for any for pay program that blog will be deleted from our system and the author banned for life.

The goal of our program is to teach legal and ethical methods to earn a serious income from professional blogging. SPLOGS are neither legal or professional. This SPAM Policy is legally binding for all account holders who have created blogs or joined the affiliate program for My Viral Blog or My Viral Business and are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Arizona USA and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
