Well today being 1 month after our website Kooiii.com was wrongfully blocked because we tested and removed a 3rd party advertising code that Google bot didn’t like, they have finally stopped calling us an attack site. Possibly the last two request which told them of the intent to follow through on a slander suit if the site was not restored.

The message our Aussie Partner received from Stop Badware:

Dave,

The reason you weren’t able to find the “Current Activity” section at the link below is that Google stopped reporting badware on your site as of earlier today. The warnings have been removed from Google search listings and other sources that use Google’s data.

Likely the warning was removed in response to your request for a review via Webmaster Tools.

What still begs attention is how a company can gain status by attaching to a loose script that get’s errant reads and makes wrongful accusations against other companies. What they are calling, keeping you safe is actually hurting legitimate webmasters and small business owner. In fact the scammers, frauds, and virus mongers of the world plot routes around their technology as fast as these sites are thrown up so out of the 40,000+ websites they have blocked, there is a high possibility that a large number of those sites are not attack sites at all.

Even when they do get a legitimate hit, it is often a webmaster who had their website hacked by a piece of Internet scum and now the website owners are labeled with attack site and thought of as badware agents because a crime was committed against them.

Who gives these people a right to operate or regulates them on accuracy? Google, Mozzilla, MySpace, Pay-Pal, and the 3-5 other sponsors and partners of Stop Badware, are just companies, not government entities and yet they have assumed that they have a right to filter and police the web and choose what and how you see things on the Internet. They do so using a software agent that makes serious mistakes and flat out slanders good people and legitimate businesses.

Google falsely accuses websites of being attack sites.

Google as most know has long tried to control the web. From telling webmasters in the Adsense program that they are not allowed to post certain content, or duplicate content, post some free advertising types or advertise in free advertising resources such as traffic exchanges and double opt in safelist. Google thinks the Internet belongs to them, that they have some form of regulatory control or right to tell you the user what you are allowed to access. Hell they even tried to rule China by defying their information access policies.

Battle lines drawn Google must repent.

Being that we own search engine sites and have a planned ad server launching it is bad business to slam dunk the competition on their massive flaws. But today we are in a position where fighting back is a must do, either word war on web or in court as their actions against us and one of our domains now warrant.

Today while working on Kooiii.com, the home of our primary search and future advertising platform we have found that the site is showing in as blocked as a attack site. On the explanation we found a advertising code we removed 3 weeks ago as the cause of the site being blocked, but can attest that even that advertising system showed zero signs of being anything worse then a free system that got better results then Google Adwords. Still we removed the code 3 weeks back because our ad server is nearly completed.

After 3 weeks time is not a time for Google to decide we are an attack site, especially when by the reason they gave us, the 3rd party advertising program was the culprit. In exchange for a code that was on our site less then 24 hours Google is slandering our legitimate and licensed business. The report is coming through them and being handed out as Google is God trash to your browser and Anti Virus programs by http://www.stopbadware.org .

This is a immediate cease and desist Google, stop attacking online business owners, stop trying to rule the web. We know your clout with the program, the method to get off the list requires us to use your tools, that’s a monopoly, and telling people sites you don’t like are illegal or dangerous is just plain bad business and downright against the law.

Note: Legal slander is an attack on a person or business by fraudulent means that causes damage to their reputation. Liable is slander at the point it cost a business or individual monetary loss, loss of employment, or physical, emotional losses such as friends and family. In order to avoid these Google needs more then we don’t recognize this code or we don’t like this code, or even this code has been used for. They need proof of a direct illegitimate act carried out with intent and a force of law in agreement with them. Thus if this has happened to your websites we urge that you file immediate suit against Google to stop these actions.
